Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code or underlying methods of the Service.
- Share, sell, transfer, or publish your account credentials, course access links, or private course materials.
- Interfere with platform security, overload infrastructure, or disrupt availability (including scraping at scale).
- Upload or transmit malicious code, malware, or harmful payloads.
- Keep your account secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Respect instructors and community members and comply with posted community guidelines.
- Use course information responsibly (especially if applying instructions to tools, needles, or equipment).
- Contact support if you are unsure whether a use case is permitted.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that may create risk, liability, or harm.
License
Course videos, patterns, PDFs, and other materials (collectively, “Content”) are licensed to you, not sold. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
- No redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or public display of Content (including posting to file-sharing sites).
- No removal of watermarks, copyright notices, or attribution.
- No automated downloading or recording intended to replicate the library.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by KnittingCourses.click and its licensors.
Payments & Refunds
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable laws. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for purchases you make.
Refunds may be granted within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of a course was completed. We may ask for information to verify completion percentage and account ownership.
- Requests submitted after the 14-day window.
- Course completion at or above 20%.
- Abuse of refund policies (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds).
If we approve a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No indirect damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Cap on liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months for the Service that gave rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, some of the above may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Effective date” above.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
